At Pretty Strong Finds, every product is made to order especially for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction, but it also means our returns policy differs from that of traditional retailers.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You change your mind.
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You selected the wrong colour or design.
- You no longer want the item.
Please check our product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- faulty
- misprinted
- defective
- or you receive the wrong item
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

- clear photographs showing the problem
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your payment provider or bank to process the refund after it has been issued.
Exchanges
Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we do not offer exchanges for:
- incorrect sizing
- colour selection
- change of mind
If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Returning an Approved Item
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
If a return is required, we’ll provide the correct return address based on your location and the fulfilment centre that produced your order.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at:
We’ll do our best to update your order before it enters production or ships.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
International Orders
Pretty Strong Finds ships worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled as each item is made specifically for you.
Sale items
Sale items are subject to the same returns policy as full-price items unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
